One of the world’s most sought after destination for cyclists and non-cyclists. This territory is a gem all on its own, bringing together the finest cuisine, wines, culture and cycling routes all in one precious geographical zone. No tour guide ever knocks back a Tuscany tour, you know its going to be a fabulous time no matter what.

This tour includes most of the itinerary ridden during the famous L'Eroica gravel race in Octover every year.

"L’Eroica started in 1997 because of one man, Giancarlo Brocci, who admired the values of past cycling so much that he wanted to reconnect others to the heritage that inspired much Italian history, literature, culture and music. L’Eroica was also launched as a foundation for the protection and preservation of the last gravel roads in Tuscany. These romantic concepts led to the idea of L’Eroica, an event that initially involved the participation of 92 “hunters of feelings and emotions”, as the creator Giancarlo Brocci defines them."

BRIEF ITINERARY - the l'eroica roads

Day 1: Pick-up in Florence / Train / Airport, Gaiole in Chianti
Day 2: 40km Gaiole local Loop
Day 3: 50km Gravel to Pianella
Day 4: 60km Pianella local Loop
Day 5: 45km Gravel to Buonconvento
Day 6: Rest Day!
Day 7: 40km Buonconvento local Loop
Day 8: 35km Gravel to Montepulciano
Day 9: Transfer to Florence / Train / Airport

• Accommodation: Single or Double/Twin Room Accommodation in 3/4/5 Star Hotels
• Total Nights in Hotel: 8, Total Days 9
• Meals: all meals included
• Dinner: all meals are a-la-carte in fine restaurants
• Drinks at Dinner: water, soft drinks and 1/2 bottle of wine per person
• Tour Guide/s: for every  6-7  riding guests
• Support Van/s & Driver/s: for every 6-7 riding guests, carrying sprare tubes, tools, pump etc.
• Snacks & Drinks: the van will be equipped with water, soft drinks, electrolytes, fruit, muesli bars, fresh bread, cold meats, vegetables etc.
