MAGLIA NERA TOURS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM APPLICATION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (‘T&C’s’)

2) The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over.

3) To be eligible, entrants must fill out all the information required as well as read and agree to the T&C’s. By accepting the T&C’s the entrant understands that they will be added to the MNT database and will receive promotional emails from MNT.

4) The application form may be switched on or off at any time by MNT.

5) MNT will select ambassadors provided the above conditions have been met. The successful entrants will be notified by email and communication will continue there. If an entrant is chosen to be an MNT ambassador, they will have to sign an ambassador agreement.

6) No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of becoming an ambassador.

7) In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the MNT database. MNT may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the MNT Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of MNT. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database. Information will be removed as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
